What is The Unhurried Pour?
Approachable digital guides for wine, easy hosting, friendship, and everyday rituals. We sell downloads, not alcohol.
Are these physical products?
No. These are digital files for your own use. The product page lists the file format. No shipping is needed.
Do I need to know anything about wine?
Not a thing. Curiosity and a bottle you enjoy are plenty. Alcohol-free drinks are always welcome at the table.
When do I get my download?
After payment is confirmed, your private library is available on the order page and by email. Check your spam folder if the email is missing.
My link expired. What now?
Use Find my downloads below and enter the email used at checkout. We’ll send a fresh link for eligible purchases.
Can I share a guide?
Please keep purchased guides for personal use. Invite all the friends you like, but send them to the shop for their own copy.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact the support email shown below with your order reference. We’ll help with missing files or access issues. See Terms & digital downloads for the current policy.
