Digital products

Each product page describes its file format and contents. Downloads are licensed for personal use, not resale or redistribution. Purchases are currently available to U.S. customers only, priced in U.S. dollars. Individual guides are digital PDFs; the three-guide collection is a ZIP containing all three PDFs. No physical product or wine is shipped. Wine availability and prices vary by location and retailer.

Delivery and access

Confirmed payments unlock a private download library. Links expire after 48 hours and may be refreshed by email. Each order allows 20 downloads per product; contact support for help beyond that limit. Refunds or disputes suspend download access. Save your PDF for ongoing personal use. Link renewal is available while your eligible order record is retained, normally seven years; contact us if you need help.

Digital Download Refund Policy

Because our guides are digital downloads, all sales are final except as described below or where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If you purchased the same guide twice, received a faulty file, or received a product materially different from its description, contact bekah@theunhurriedpour.com with your order details. We’ll help resolve the problem and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Other requests may be considered case by case, at our discretion. This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights.

A note about wine

The Unhurried Pour sells educational and lifestyle downloads, not alcohol. Wine content is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Alcohol-free options always belong at the table.
